Over more than 25 years in client-facing and operational roles, I've worked closely with individuals and teams to organize information, improve systems, and help everyday life and work run more smoothly.
But what I've come to value most is the personal side of that work. It's not just the system or the spreadsheet—it's the trust that builds through one-on-one support, and the quiet satisfaction of handing something back to someone lighter and clearer than it was before. I naturally focus on the details, but I try to bring a thoughtful, discreet touch to that work, rather than a rigid one. Whether it's a tangle of tasks or a piece of technology that's never quite worked the way it should, I like finding the fix that makes things feel manageable again.
LiveSmart Concierge grew out of that experience and instinct—a desire to offer calm, reliable, and deeply personalized support to people who want an extra layer of organization and ease in their lives.

For years, I've taught people one-on-one how to organize their surroundings, manage their technological needs, and use their computers with confidence—turning frustration into familiarity, and confusion into control.
I currently work with senior adult groups, where I help organize creative projects and coordinate charitable giving efforts. What I've learned is that the real reward isn't just the system itself, but the trust built through patient, personal guidance, and the joy of helping someone feel capable rather than overwhelmed.
