With more than 25 years in client-facing and operational roles, I've partnered closely with individuals and teams to streamline processes, organize information, and manage the details of daily life and work.
What I value most is the personal side of that work: untangling full schedules, bringing structure to moving pieces, and building systems that make everyday life feel manageable again. The real impact isn't just the solution—it's the trust built through thoughtful, one-on-one support, and the ease that comes when everything is clear, organized, and taken care of.
LiveSmart Concierge grew from that same instinct—a desire to offer calm, reliable, highly personalized support for those who value discretion, efficiency, and the confidence that everything is handled with care.

I've always been drawn to solving a challenging process or bringing structure to a good idea that doesn't have a plan yet. That instinct has run through my whole career in marketing and management, where I've paired an expertise in organization with a detail-oriented eye for the things other people tend to miss.
What's meant the most to me, though, is the personal side of that work. For years, I've taught people one-on-one how to organize their surroundings, manage their technology, and use their computers with confidence—turning frustration into familiarity, and confusion into control. More recently, working with senior adult groups to organize creative projects and coordinate charitable giving, I've found that the real reward isn't the system itself, but the trust built through patient, personal guidance, and the satisfaction of helping someone feel capable rather than overwhelmed.
